This will probably be my 6th or 7th Skil power tool and I couldn't be happier. I do a lot of IT and wiring for work and bought this to drill holes in brick and concrete walls. Very convenient and easy to use, it allows you to quickly deal with what used to be a pain in the ass. My colleague borrowed it today to do some jobs he didn't have the strength for and said it puts his Makita to shame and "hits at least 75% harder" than his Bosch professional corded drill/driver.
