I've tried more environmentally friendly putties like Yesterday's News but I'm not the type to use putty. My cat. She's always been very good at using her litter box, but I've found her favorite clay litter box. She takes her time exploring the box and hiding her business. Whenever I changed her bed she would jump up and do her thing and then very quickly jump out and claw and duck while standing outside the box. It doesn't do that with this brand. The Tidy Cats follow more than Yesterday's News and it's a little dustier. Since I empty the boxes daily and clean them once a week, cleaning is not a problem. No smell as I always add baking soda with fresh filling. Since I don't want my girl to have problems with her litter box, I will continue to give her what she wants. I also appreciate having these items delivered right to my door as the supermarket around the corner has closed and otherwise I would have had to walk further to pick up this rubbish. The price is right. I am happy. And for Christmas, I owe that UPS guy a gift certificate. He deserves it.
