Missing parts from the shock and vibration control system
The shock absorbers worked well and improved the ride and handling of my motorhome. The reason I only gave two stars is that there was a lack of detail. The fasteners package was open and the bushing and washer were missing. I paid for overnight delivery because I didn't have enough time. I ended up with an old bushing and washer after having to drill it out. Don't like to spend extra money on shipping and then fix bugs.
