Review on Redecker Inter-Digital Toe Brush: German-Made 31-1/2 inches Beechwood Handle, Soft Nylon Bristles - Effortless Cleaning Between Toes by Julie Jones

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good idea but too expensive for a simple wooden dowel with a small brush

I had high hopes for this product, especially after the high final price. In this case, you "NOT" get what you pay for. It's just a regular wooden stick with a wooden handle that costs about a dollar at a craft store. The wire brush is the right size but it bends too easily and too often which severely limits the use of this product and I have serious doubts about its durability. This is my first week of using this product and I hope this proves me wrong so I will update this review after a few weeks of use. NEW HEADING: VERY GOOD IDEA THAT WORKS! the last few weeks and the bottom line. It works out! It cleans dead skin and dirt between toes very well. A wire brush could be a bit stiffer as it flexes slightly when I have to guide it between a pair of my numb mallet fingers. I have neuropathy in both legs, Parkinson's disease and a completely overgrown back that I can't feel or reach my toes. I still find it overpriced for a simple wooden stick and brush but it is an extremely useful tool as I have no one to help me in the shower so considering this toe brush is well worth my money and I mean Rating has been upgraded to 4 stars. Note to manufacturer: This product is urgently needed. When you make the handle from a durable, one-piece, waterproof material and reinforce the wire brush, you have a 5-star tool that even a naysayer like me will love.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and bulky
