Review on πŸ”² Newport Collection Glass End Table – Flash Furniture with Sleek Black Metal Frame by Linda Ballek

Revainrating 4 out of 5

A large! Nearly. . .

We have moved into a much smaller space and needed furniture that would match the new size of the space. I wanted a glass table to compensate for the large pieces of wood we already had, but I didn't want anything as long as regular 50" or larger tables. I found this one and chose it for its thicker glass and simple two shelf design. Assembly is easy, holes line up well, all parts are present etc. The recommendation not to tighten the bolts until the frame is fully assembled is a good idea. I connected the four legs and the bottom frame together, then flipped the top frame over and attached the bottom pieces to it, aligning everything nicely. My only fault was not checking the glass before assembling the frame. Everything was packed so well, the boxes were undamaged, I thought the jar was fine. But there is a long scratch on one end of the top shelf, and unfortunately quite noticeable. I will be in touch with the company to see if there is anything that can be done because I love the table and don't want to send it back. I would also like to get the corresponding end tables, but I'll see how it works first.
