I had to order twice as the first one came with a completely broken glass. There are no restrictions on the parts surrounding the jar other than cardboard and two very thin pieces of 0.5 inch thick styrofoam. If manufacturers stepped up their packaging game, it would likely cut returns in half. Please note that this item is heavy.
