Seller's note on storage and organization
Everything was going well until I started putting the racks on the rack floor. The hole on one of the pillars is out. I wanted to email the companies but there's nowhere to do that. I suspect this feature has been disabled as this item is no longer available. Seller, I really need a replacement post with a hole in the right place for the bottom and top post to snap into place. Otherwise it may fall apart when the rack is pulled out on the top bars. Please send me a new one and do it right. Many Thanks
