Review on Sonetto by Richard Lamptey

I like it's ease when you can build in your own templates, or create new ones if needed without having an IT Dept (as with other products). The reporting is easy but not always intuitive for someone who just wants some info about what he/she was doing last week vs previous weeks etc., that type data could be more transparent so there would less questions asked by customers as well! Easy integration & best pricing out all vendors we compared against them at this time. There are still alot o customization needs which makes us go down 2nd choice options everytime now though their support team does respond quickly sometimes!! For our Ecom business where multiple departments need access / edit information together its perfect solution right here!! Super useful tool also great customer service even after sales close since they want continued revenue :) The ability to create different reports and KPIs for our clients. The ability to upload files and data into our system. The ability to pull data from the system. I would like to be able to use the system with my Mac and not Windows. The system is very easy to use. I would recommend Sonetto to any company looking for a reporting system. We are able to pull data from our customers and create reports for our clients on a daily basis. We are also able to create weekly reports for our clients.
