This is indeed a Mountain Hardware review as it is a 3rd party review via Revain. I bought these sandals too big, I ordered my normal tennis shoe size. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, I decided to hold off on processing multiple Revain returns at once and contacted Mountain Hardware given the restrictions in my state. Her response team decided NOT to make an exception for late returns given the country's current pandemic status. It is unfortunate that Mountain Hardware is not heeding the federal government's advice for people to stay home and practice full social distancing. As I said in my email to the Mountain Hardware Response Team, I am very disappointed in their decision and will no longer purchase from a company that does not support the decisions of our executives and allows for a relaxation of policies at this time.
