My husband is a very restless sleeper. Little did I know that an electric blanket would help him sleep better in the cold weather! I read the reviews with mixed feelings. I gave it to him for his birthday last month. I've seen several people complain that it was too hot, even on a low setting. I bought it anyway. We have a dark blue, nice one. Time is a wonderful thing. I don't see any risk of burns, as some of the previous reviews have vividly described, but I wish the low settings were a little lower. It's getting too warm. So I set a time to go when I get too hot. It seems to work. The cats love it! I am happy with my purchase. I haven't washed it yet, but I'm sure everything will be fine!
