Very good blanket in almost every way except for heating. That's why you buy an electric blanket. The blanket gets hot on top, which takes about 5 minutes. The rest of the blanket stays cool. I suffer from cold feet so that doesn't help me. The leadership is bad too. I will not buy again or recommend

The blanket itself is soft and light, but it doesn't work properly. It only heats up in a small spot at the top. The bottom part where your legs are doesn't work at all. Very disappointed. Should work for the money spent. I will no longer buy from this company. For your information. The duvet finally stopped working after only 2 months of ownership. Was very disappointed.

My ceiling controller turns off and goes into blackout mode about 30 minutes to an hour after I turn it on. it must then be disconnected and connected to a power source before it will function again. Please advise how to solve the problem. This duvet was purchased in January 2020 and is under warranty. I will follow this transaction. thanks hope to hear from your company

I bought this blanket to put under the purple blanket. When I first received the package I thought I had received the wrong color because it looked like a brown or dark gray color but as soon as I took it out I saw that it looked more like a very muted lavender color. Depending on how much natural light comes through my window, I might be able to see more of the purple tones in the quilt. I wish the quilt was purple but overall I'm very happy with it. I really like the pomegranate colour. It is very soft to the touch. Heats up quickly and gets very hot. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the controller isn't constantly lit. You have to click on it to see if it's on, but of course if it's already on it'll turn off. To turn it off you have to press it about three times. If someone presses it, the light doesn't come on, so nobody's sure if it's really off, so you have to press it again for the light to come on, but of course it
