I did not receive the product as advertised

I have used this racquet in the past, it is a racquet that has been in production for many years. I recently lost mine at the gym so I decided to buy one. I noticed that the thread doesn't look as advertised and the vibrating element isn't the same as the original picture. So I'll be ordering again to make sure I'm not wrong. I have a feeling someone replaced the original threading on this racquet with a cheaper product.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Nothing here

Stay away. Very bad product and fake reviews

I was so excited when I got this racket. I actually fell into the trap of the 5 star reviews. not a very good racquet and not even suitable for beginners. Strings loose in less than 5 games. And the clutch is too bad it twists when you play with a hard bank. In addition, it vibrates heavily with every impact. Please stay away from this racket and fake reviews. I will return it and buy a racket from another company.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Short instructions

Good racquet for beginners

I've recently started playing racquetball although I'm no newbie to racquet sports as I've played tennis, squash and badminton all my life. Wasn't willing to spend too much money on a racquet. This one got strong reviews on Revain so he ticked all the right spots. This is a very good racquet for beginners. However, to get used to the game itself, I would like to have a better racquet. It feels too light on the hand and I feel like I have to try harder to generate power.

I think I like that.

This racquet is an "upgrade" of the racquet I used to play with. I chose it because it was reasonably priced for me, had good reviews and was significantly lighter than the previous racquet. Remember I'm a recreational player, not a pro. At the moment I like the racquet very much and I played it for about 4 hours. Although I doubt how easy it is. I feel like I don't have the power I'm used to and the ones that reach out and easily deflect hits don't have the Ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo…

Weak strings are the best in the sport

The racquet looks great at first glance. It was exactly what I wanted and $10 less than Dick's price. I've played with him a few times and my opinion quickly changed. Although the strings feel taut/hard, they feel soft when you strum or strum them on a real court. Balls came off the racquet with a muffled feel and much less pop. I compared it to an entry-level $40 racquet and my kids' $200 racquet. Both had a much larger spring than the Head racket. I would have thought it was an accident and…

Nice and simple for racquetball

**UPDATE** I decided to email the RacquetGalaxy seller to see what they can do to make this buyer happy. I received an answer the next day and although they cannot exchange the product because it was damaged during use, they offered to recharge it. They said either I can find a shop to do it or they can do it. I was told they would do it at a discount and put a stronger thread. I will do this because it's cheaper and they said it's 24 revs once they get it. Based on my rating of this seller, I…

Definitely an improvement over the game

I bought this racquet after 6 months of playing racqueball and loved it because I was tired of using college racquets (they were heavy and not good for that wrist breaking and not the best control) and for the price of the racquet I have to say this is definitely a game improving racquet. This is a great first racket for those who are playing but determined to improve. It's affordable and has good control and decent power. While the included dampener provides great dampening, it takes away the…
