I received an email from this company with no solution. So I wanted to make sure it wasn't human error on my part, so I decided to keep this product for a month and bought another brand of TROND External Sound Card USB Audio Adapter. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07SSBHGP7/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1TROND USB audio adapter for external sound card: HEY, this actually works on my PS4 and laptop for only $14.99. Now I know that this is not human error on my part. PHOINIKAS External Sound: This doesn't work on my PS4 or laptop. I can hardly hear anything even when I turn up the volume. Finally, I have to listen to this negative review. This Phoinikas company has to test all products to make sure they work with PS4, Laptop and PC before shipping their items to their customers. That sucks as I lost $24.99 but hey I'll take that loss and give my honest review.
