I bought this backpack a few weeks ago and based on my experience, it's perfect for running hiking, and other outdoor activities. The hydration system is convenient as I don`t have to stop to drink... The backpack has enough room to pack some snacks and essentials for a long run. However, the only con is that it's not suitable for heavy loads. Overall, I highly recommend this backpack for anyone who loves sports and outdoors..
