It's easy, it doesn't break much when you are using this software with other applications like SAP or Microsoft Office365 (or even Salesforce). I am having issues sometimes not being able access my data from some of these programs if they were running at that time as well but maybe its me doing something wrong in how i have set up hero points? Its great! Easy integration into your business processes without too many problems once installed/setup correctly. We use Heropoints within our organization so we can track who has used what product / service etc - This allows us all be more efficient than needing multiple people working across different areas tracking down individual users information such as purchase history & usage details over past 12 months.
