Well, everything worked as advertised for a while. I did all 4 rides with it about a month apart and it worked fine. I'm on vacation for 2 weeks, will be coming back to make sure it's charged and the right speaker isn't working UNLESS I give hard bang on the cord at the base of the unit where it connects to the unit and hold that pressure So basically the right ear is missing, making it pointless to listen to music while driving or on the phone as only the left ear has sound. To be honest the first time I had to test the quality of a phone call and I was told everything. The sound quality from the speakers wasn't great or anything, but at full volume it was better than hearing the wind whip past my head while driving. So for its price it was consistent with what I thought, not the best but good. Then the speaker just stopped working and became annoying, so at this point I'd rather plug my headphones into my phone or MP3 player and listen to music rather than struggling with a broken brick on my head. I've read that some people have gotten it and it's worked fine, but to be honest I'd say if you're looking at this, take the money you saved on one of the old Cardo models and just buy it for a little more .
