Review on Shredder Attachment KitchenAid Vegetable Accessories by Brittney Singh

I prefer freshly grated cheese, but I don't always want to hand-grate it, especially when I'm becoming neuropathic. The body is made of plastic and the round nozzles are made of stainless steel. Because it's designed that way, I don't have to worry about cutting myself when using it. There is a fine rasp knife, a coarse rasp knife and a planer knife. I'm sure we could use it on veggies, but we use it this way exclusively on cheese. I've had it for several months and use it at least 3 times a week. What can I say? We're a fucked up family. 🤣 Yes, I was there. 🧀Cuts/grinds our cheese exactly how it should be and is easy to clean. Installation takes seconds.
