Light and comfortable shoes. I usually have 8-8.5. I have a bit of bursitis so I can wear wide when shoes tend to be tight. This is not the case in this case, there is enough space in the toe area. However, it was a bit small for me, my toe was right on the edge, so I switched to 9m. I use the sockliner to add a little extra cushioning and the 9 allows me to do that while leaving more room in the toe box. I assume that I will always order 9M from this brand. I just didn't like that my foot looked so big. The shoe/sock comes down to my ankle and my foot looks gigantic. I have ordered a few others and will decide which ones to keep. Overall it's a comfortable shoe and with the added insole it's very comfortable.
