I ordered this for my son for his birthday. I opened the package this morning to charge it and it was scratched as if it had all ready been used. Seems to work fine. Love the watch. It works perfectly. I think better than my fit bit charge 3. However, I bought it brand-new and clearly it had been used before. On the back by the charing port on the watch has several scratches on it. No plactic cover on the back like the front had. The battery life is amazing.
