First I want to say that I absolutely LOVE these, BUT there are a few things you should know.1. They are NOT exactly like the picture. They have a white lining on the bottom. The picture shows all black except for the string.2. They do NOT fit true to size. I fit into a medium in some Nike shorts. I saw a previous reviewer's picture of the shorts and realized that I would probably need to size down, so I did. They fit perfectly. I am 5'8 and 138 lbs with very skinny legs.3. These shorts do not have any mesh lining on the inside so you will need to wear a bathing suit bottom underneath the shorts.I LOVE these shorts regardless. They are comfortable and really cute. I bent down to see if they covered me and they do. I feel like I will be very comfortable swimming in these. I plan on wearing these with a black rash guard.
