dead pixels - support told me this is acceptable

I had two dead pixels in two different places on this monitor, when I contacted support they told me "Our manufacturer warranty only covers dead pixels if you have 3 in a cluster or only 5 on a screen." FYI , if you want a monitor with no dead pixels, I wouldn't buy this one.
