I had to stop wearing it every day after 4 months maybe four days a week. The tongue moves forward and gathers there. After a while it hurt so bad I had to keep pulling my tongue out. This is probably because it wasn't compressed. Painful and annoying. Overpriced even on sale if you can't wear them.
