Great chair for the price. I still haven't received the free rubber wheels after following the instructions that came with the box but in response to this email they asked what the chair was. Return to the chair. Seat height could be a little higher, but otherwise good. The armrests are adjustable to a suitable height. The seat is comfortable, the back too, a strong frame helps a lot with that. The lumbar pillow was too big for me, but you can open it up and replace the foam inside with something smaller. Then you have extra leather material, but if necessary, this is easy to fix. The headrest is good, but a bit small, and the strap doesn't let you lower it into the right position, at least for me. Otherwise a great chair for the price, which I can only recommend. I will update in a year.
