Very Dissatisfied. I opened the package which was already crumpled in transit. I have read the instructions. The tubing that connects to the syringe is too small to connect to the syringe. The tube is attached to the ink nozzle. To pour the cleaning liquid into the syringe, you need to turn the bottle upside down and there is no cap, so the cleaning liquid goes everywhere. I ended up pouring the cleaning liquid into a shallow bowl and then sucking it into the syringe. Then I brought the syringe to the tube and tried to close it with my fingers as the syringe was bigger than the tube. the liquid was splattered everywhere and only part of it got into the tube to remove the ink. For $25 you'd think a tube would fit into a syringe. If the tubing fits the syringe, you can insert the tubing into a bottle of cleaning solution and suck it into the syringe. But basically, I had cleaning fluid everywhere, and only a small portion of it went to the cleaners.
