I was looking for a replacement charger that swelled up and died in just a few months. The problem is that many charging pads are big, thick, and round. Many of them also require a special "Fast Charge” charging connector. This rug doesn't need it and I'm happy with it. I'm fine as long as it's charged at a normal rate. I love the fact that every time I put my phone away it can be charged. It detects the phone very quickly and starts charging immediately. Another reason I like this mat is that it's thin, rectangular and sized just right for my iPhone 11. When I first took it out of the box it seemed too thin and I was concerned about its quality. , and it's great! I was very happy with it. It charges easily and even charged my daughter's iPhone that had a wall outlet! (although it says it doesn't charge, so that was a nice plus). I highly recommend this item!
