I have always used plastic over the shower heads. I also have a hand shower with thick stainless steel hose. This was quite inconvenient as the hose interfered with use of the shower stall and the trolley interfered with use of the shower head. This shelf above the shower door solves those problems. The small size is perfect for me and two baskets are enough. The two hooks that reach the top of the door are about half an inch wider than the door itself. But two suction cups on the bottom of the trolley keep it securely in place. He doesn't move at all. My shower scraper can be hung on one of the bottom hooks through the hole in the handle. Or I can hang it by the blade by placing it over the hooks like in my photo. This chrome plated metal shower enclosure is definitely worth the purchase price and I would buy it again.
