Not quite sneakers.

Almost no padding. Our biggest issue was that there were no lace-holes for the heel lock. If you're buying them for real running, look elsewhere.

On your feet all day - great shoes!

Cons

Lightweight for racing, but why is the heel so uncomfortable over long distances? I can't figure out what's causing this.
