The support is always willing to help if in need of assistance - it's rare that I have had any issues with their service since starting many years ago! Customer Support has been very helpful over time for my questions & needs as well. No dislikes really except maybe pricing structure (not bad per say but not great either). There are some excellent features from what one can do within this platform including having multiple email domains under 1 account which allows you more flexibility when managing your emails than traditional solutions like gmx or yahoo mail accounts would offer at times.
