Amazing Value

This bulb is cheap. You don't get all of Phillips Hue's features for $45 or so. But this is an incredible offer. Pros: - price - app/voice assistant control (can I turn it off from my bed) - LED (low power consumption) - RGB (can be fun with) Cons: - RGB. I had no idea when I bought this bulb, but there is a difference between RGB and RGBCW (this bulb is RGBCW, which is really important as an RGB bulb doesn't display true white). RGBCW has two additional white LEDs in the bulb, so it can glow from white to warm white. When switching from "White" mode to "RGB", the light becomes noticeably darker. So the RGB lighting is not that good. Also, the "white" mode (see attached screenshots) can only work in a certain color temperature range. I wouldn't say it can go as low as 2700K as it says, so keep that in mind if you're looking for really warm colors. You can switch to pure yellow in RGB mode, but it can't go very white. So sometimes it's either too yellow or not yellow enough (depending on how warm the light is). I've attached an image of the warmest white light it can emit, which suits my needs, but maybe not everyone - brightness. I knew that when I got the bulb, but it's not terribly bright. That's more than enough for my lamp (the reason I bought it), but I definitely wouldn't put it in an overhead light. Conclusion: for the money it's worth it. If you're looking for a smart light bulb for a smaller lamp or fixture, look no further. You can't get much better for the price. If you want something more versatile or flashy, you'll have to pay a lot more than $10. Also, if you're looking at lightbulbs, don't be fooled into buying one that doesn't support white (and only supports RGB colors). This is good because you can change the color temperature of white. There are combo packs where you can get about 4 higher quality bulbs for less than $10 each, but for a bulb I think it's great **Update: I just found out that the FTC requires reviewers to use them say if they have a free/discounted product in exchange for a positive review. This particular product is listed on a site where sellers ship items for free in exchange for a positive review. As such, most of these reviews, including my own, for this product are likely impacted by this. I don't have an ongoing relationship with this company so I don't mind saying that. Although I received this product for free, I still wholeheartedly recommend it.
