It is natural and very beneficial for my skin. In addition to all the benefits of the cream, it also contains fair trade coconut oil. Fair Trade supports small farmers internationally. This is a great organization and I also support it by buying products that use fair trade. My hands feel soft and look great with Palmer's. I am a fan of their products and use them conscientiously. This product is excellent value for money and I give it 5 stars.
