UPDATE 03/15/18: After contacting the seller they sent me not one but two replacement straps (free to me) along with a nice hand repair. a written letter apologizing for the inconvenience and describing the problem. The new shoulder straps are wider and the buckles are better processed. Time will tell if they hold up, but the customer service from this supplier is outstanding. My wife loves the bag and uses it every day. I'm updating the rating to 4 stars. ORIGINAL RATING (1 STAR): The strap broke after several uses, causing the bag and computer to fall to the ground. What broke is one of the clips, which are plastic, yes plastic. PLASTIC! For real?
