Just yesterday I received this bag. The bag is very fashionable, it has a lot of space, a lot of different things, including a laptop. With an earth tone exterior color, it is very easy to pair with clothes, and the handle and straps are very well assembled for consistent use. The material the bag is made of is very durable, I believe it can take a lot of abuse.

UPDATE 03/15/18: After contacting the seller they sent me not one but two replacement straps (free to me) along with a nice hand repair. a written letter apologizing for the inconvenience and describing the problem. The new shoulder straps are wider and the buckles are better processed. Time will tell if they hold up, but the customer service from this supplier is outstanding. I received the bag and I was very satisfied. It looks the same as in the picture. The bag is sturdy and fits my needs well. I love that it has a shoulder strap when carrying heavy items. I bought it a few weeks ago. After just a few uses, the metal connecting the long strap to the bag broke. I need an interchangeable strap to carry this bag over my shoulder or over my shoulder. Beautiful! It looks expensive and I got so many compliments on it. There are two things I like about him. First, it fits my 15 inch laptop. Second, it opens easily and can be left open (for quick access and no worries about opening and closing, opening and closing). I would recommend this to others.
