Allows me to mount my large monitors on my Ikea desk.

I have an Ikea Malm desk that uses a hollow core design (the interior is about 90% air with a cardboard honeycomb structure) so this arm combo was a MUST. The panels come with non-slip foam pads that you stick to with pre-applied 3M adhesive (just peel off the backing). I installed the bushing by drilling my own 3/8" hole and it worked great. Highly recommended.
