I had high hopes for these headphones. The sound quality sucks if you don't put the right gasket in your ear. So you'll find yourself wiggling the headphones in your ear until they sound good. I have these headphones plugged into my work and home phone. If you have a phone in your jacket pocket and one in your back pocket, and you're listening to music from a nearby phone, you'll get cut off because it's having trouble connecting to your back pocket phone. However, if you only have one phone plugged in, your pants back pocket won't work well. I have to have my phone in hand when I walk my dog. Running I suppose is worse. At this price I'd rather spend $20 on wired headphones and they will perform better. One of the headphones is already falling apart.
