Review on Cignon BPM by John Floyd
Very valuable platform for automating business process flows.
I like that it is easy to use, there are many options for each part of your business process flow which makes it very flexible. You can have as much or as little automation as you need depending upon what you want to achieve with this software. There could be more tutorials available in order to help users get started quickly. This software has helped our team at my workplace automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency. It allows us to track time spent on certain processes so we know exactly how long things take.
Pros
- Easy way customizable
- Great customer support from people who understand their product.
- Good documentation/tutorials written by experts!
- Flexible enough they let me do pretty whatever i wanted (for example if necessary change workflows)
Cons
- At first everything was not clear but after some usage user gets used.
- Sometimes UI looks confusing
