The best part of working for this agency is that they take care of their employees as well as pay them very well! I have been here almost 3 years now and cannot think of anything wrong about my experience here. It's always great to go into work knowing you will be paid very well and treated like your own family member. When I first started there were no benefits offered but over time it has become better and better. There are some days where we do not get any hours which can make things difficult when trying to plan out our budgets or spending money. Sometimes if you're in a rush then you end up understaffed and don't receive enough hours. Make sure you talk to other agencies to see what they offer so that you understand all aspects of an assignment/contract before deciding one way or another.
