I've used many other brands that lose accuracy over time and fluctuate a lot more than they should. This applies very precisely and steadily, without sharp fluctuations. Since I take measurements twice a day and average them, I get a much better overall average. I probably have OCD about my body composition and I really, really need precision. This is very close to my DEXA scans, so I hope to stop paying for these scans in the future. thick, but for me it's not a problem. worth your money.
