My child is a typical size 9-10 and is almost 10 years old. And the size (L) fits well (according to the tag this is a size 10). These are more form fitting pajamas. In addition, short-sleeved summer shorts are not wide shorts, but tight-fitting shorts made of dense cotton material. They are soft and my baby loves them. So overall a good buy at a very reasonable price.
