Review on 🍳 Duxtop 18-Piece Induction Cookware Set with Pour Spout and Strainer Lid, Professional Stainless Steel Pots and Pans Set, Impact-Bonded Technology by Jessica Parks

Revainrating 4 out of 5

A nice quality set if you know how to cook on stainless steel

We bought these pans to eliminate the risks associated with using teflon non-stick pans. These pans look great right away. Most of the time, they still look great after cooking. This is my first stainless steel cookware set so I think I'm still getting used to cooking with it. Food will definitely stick if the heat is too high, the pan isn't hot, and/or oil/oil isn't used. It all adds up to the fact that I'm still figuring out how not to burn scrambled eggs or green beans. However, they cook very evenly and still look good after use, although I had to put more effort into cleaning them than I would like. I'm giving them 4 instead of 5 because a few lids don't work. don't sit tight, rattle when frying or slip off easily when I quickly push the pan to the side. This is mainly due to smaller pans. The spoon and spatula accessories are good enough too, except I won't be using stainless steel utensils on these stainless steel pans to avoid scratching them. We used silicone spatulas or plastic bowls for mixing. I assume that the utensils that come with this set can be used for the set itself!

Pros
  • VERSATILITY: 3.1 liter pot with spout and double-sided filter lid for drip-free pouring and excellent drain control. This large 8.6 liter pot features a pasta insert and a steamer insert and is great for boiling and steaming pasta, hearty broth, steaming vegetables, shrimp and more.
