Great tool for remote work with staff
The app is easy to use and has many features that are helpful in the current situation. The ability to have multiple people working on one computer at once is very convenient. It's not as intuitive as some other apps out there but if you're willing to learn how to use it effectively then it will help keep your business running smoothly during this time. We've been able to streamline our screening process and continue to provide essential services to our customers without having to rely heavily on physical resources.

- Multiple users can work together from home or office environment.
- Ability for remote support via phone call/video chat with doctors directly when needed, instead waiting until they come into clinic (which often takes several hours)
- Flexible scheduling options including shift swapping & flexi shifts which makes my employees happier than ever! Also helps me maintain
