This jacket fits exactly how the US medium should fit. There is no need to increase or decrease the size. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons. First, the Sherpa material isn't quite what I would expect from a Sherpa. This is a gray fur fabric. Second, the style of the jacket is very simple. It's not a feminine style at all. But it's good for what it is - a warm and comfortable jacket. I'm sure I'll enjoy wearing it when the weather turns cold.
