Very hard!: Bed pillows and storage

This pillow is too hard. I wrote to the seller prior to writing this review and felt there was no solution. The pillow is about 1 times smaller than a normal pillow and feels hard. It's hard to come to terms with. It also doesn't stay cool as advertised.
