At first impression, this bag was sturdy, roomy enough for what I needed to put into it, and the material was thicker than the last bag I bought. I packed it with 60 lbs of personal items and was able to make two roundtrips (air travel) across the country before the seams ripped clean as shown in the photo. I didn't even use that pull out handle, so I'm not sure how it even ripped. It gives me pause now wondering about the rest of the construction. At this price point, I don't want to buy a new one every six months, but I might have to, because I need this XL size bag to suit my needs. I'm now looking into how I can get it repaired before my next trip.
