The first headphones I received seemed to work. They connected via bluetooth and the sound appeared. but they kept turning off after 5-10 minutes of use. Reconnecting wasn't a problem, but staying connected was. Needless to say, it was annoying. I emailed the seller and received a prompt response. They were very helpful in walking me through the different steps to diagnose the problem and reset the headphones, but in the end they found that the headphones I received were defective. A new pair was sent out immediately which I received within 2 days and the new ones work great! In short the headphones work as advertised but the real reason I give 5 stars is the customer service.
