My original review (February 15) is at the bottom. I changed to 5 stars because of the company that sells the camera. Saw my review (below) and got it right. The company emailed me apologizing for letting my son down and they are sending him a new one (with a 16GB SD card). The email was sent on Monday 18th February and we received the new camera on Tuesday 19th February. There are no problems with the new camera. Works perfectly! My son now enjoys his camera. He's already taking some photos and enjoying taking selfies with his friends at school this morning (I brought my camera home lol). A big thank you to OMZER for getting it right and making a little 5 year old happy. It was a great example to show and explain to our son that there are wonderful, honest people. I just got my son this camera for Valentine's Day. The SD card was never included. As soon as we turned it on, it would get stuck on a certain screen and wouldn't leave me or anything. Revane, you need to get this product and company out of your market. I found the descriptions of this baby camera to be false advertising. My husband read customer questions and most of the questions were exactly the same as ours. My son was very sad because he couldn't use his camera. It also breaks my heart that we told him to give him back. He understood, but still the look on his face was heartbreaking.
