Good mic, unbeatable price. I've never been a huge fan of Behringer products so my expectations weren't high, but this time I'm really impressed. Of course, this is not a professional microphone, but it is ideal for home recording. Very happy with my purchase. Good Features: - All-metal construction, premium feel. - Balanced sound ideal for recording instruments such as guitars and drums. - Nice accessory set. Good clip for a microphone with metal threads. The body is made of hard plastic, but the inner foam is of poor quality (like the foam used for packaging). I paid $20, at that price it's a win-win deal. Five of these can be bought for the price of one SM57, which is a great option for saving money when fitting microphones to drum kits. I would still recommend this mic for twice the price, but I would buy the SM57 if it was a similar price. Cons: - Not recommended as the main mic for vocals. The vocals sound good but something is missing, it's hard to describe, probably not enough range. - The XLR connection isn't quite right, the cables are attached properly, but when you connect the XLR cable, there isn't that satisfying click. - The mic clip is too tight and feels like rubber, the mic is difficult to plug in and out - Shipping took over 2 months. This is not a product issue, but I had to confirm my Amazon order twice due to a delay. Be aware and take your time.
