Great for a Costume or as a Petticoat
My daughter used this as a skirt for a cat costume. It was super cute. For those disappointed, I don't think that they had a steamer. Expect to spend 20 minutes to make it look right; it is well worth it. I would agree with the reviews that If you wear it as a real skirt, you may want to combine two or more to get complete fullness all night. Use three for a complete tutu effect. Depending on the effect in which you are looking, follow this advice and it will be perfect.
