I don't know why I didn't think about ordering an electric candle lighter sooner but I'm SO glad I did. I love that they are flexible and can penetrate even the deepest candles in a jar and am so glad I no longer have to deal with butane lighters running out of fuel. I had a bit of trouble lighting my first candle (so far the only one I've tried; if I have more information worth sharing as I continue to use it I'll update my review) but I did not sure if this is due to the product or because I'm not used to arc lighters or my candle just has a particularly thick wick. The packaging and presentation was elegant and I will keep it in the box on the shelf for now. The only complaint is that the inner plastic grommets seem unnecessary? And the company could consider greener packaging overall. Instead of foam, maybe natural fiber filling?
