Review on Ice Cool Ladies Flared Indigo by William Hilzer

Fits great, has a bit of stretch at the waist which is fine if it's not too stretchy. I liked the length, just what I was looking for. The only downside is, as other reviewers have mentioned, the hem puckers. I can pet him, but who wants that? This can easily be solved by making the edge a bit deeper; even 1/2 inch would be better. The manufacturer can easily afford a good skirt at such a high price. Otherwise I would give this place five stars.
