I've had problems with this product since it arrived. The touch screen does not respond in real time. It disconnects and connects again and again. Sometimes it won't turn on at all and requires two cables to two PC ports to work. I'm seeing a completely black screen right now that isn't responding at all. It seems that it was launched too early.
